Ryan Eichhorst

Ryan Eichhorst has extensive work experience in various roles related to software development, business analysis, and project management. Ryan has worked at Quad as a Software Development Lead since September 2023. Before that, they worked at Quad as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2022 to September 2023, where they led projects to automate business processes and acted as a Product Owner on a scrum team. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Business Analyst II at Quad from February 2018 to April 2022, where they served as the Scrum Master for a team of developers and testers and managed the story backlog. Ryan also worked as a Business Analyst at Quad from February 2015 to February 2018, where they gathered requirements, designed user interfaces, and managed testing. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Change Management Representative at Quad from May 2013 to February 2015, where they tested and documented logistics applications, analyzed business processes, and provided training and support during software upgrades.

Before joining Quad, Ryan worked at Walmart as a Business Analyst - Supply Chain Reliability from September 2012 to February 2013, where they ensured supplier compliance and supported merchandise tracking. Ryan also worked at 3M as a Corporate IT Intern - Program Management Office from May 2012 to August 2012, where they developed tracking metrics and built a prototype for SAP implementation. Ryan's earlier experience includes an internship at Jack Link's Beef Jerky as a Corporate IT Intern - SAP Security from May 2011 to September 2011, where they supported SAP security decisions and resolved access issues.

From 2008 to 2012, Ryan Eichhorst attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
