Shari Dempski

Shari Dempski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Quad since May 2018, Shari previously held roles at Northwestern Mutual from June 2014 to May 2018, including Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master/Product Owner and Business Process Management - Process Analyst. At Northwestern Mutual, Shari focused on aligning business and technical needs to implement effective solutions. Prior to that, Shari worked at Kohl's Department Stores from June 1999 to July 2014 as a Project Manager in Marketing and Brand Management, serving as a liaison across various teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals. Shari’s career began with roles including Assistant Creative Manager and Concept Designer. Shari holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
