Shelley Clinger

Shelley Clinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Shared Services at Quad/Graphics since January 2017, Shelley is responsible for driving standardization and overseeing the implementation of quality-focused process improvement projects within the HR domain. Prior to this role, Shelley held a consultant position at Quad/Graphics in 2016 and worked for Aon Hewitt from January 2000 to October 2015, where responsibilities included senior management roles in global operations and development of an innovative offshored HR Operating Model utilized across multiple countries. Shelley's foundational contributions in optimizing HR processes and enhancing operational efficiencies were pivotal in establishing centralized HR service models and supporting organizational objectives. Shelley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan between 1984 and 1988.
