Terri Sullivan

Terri Sullivan is an experienced account manager and customer service professional with a diverse background in the printing and packaging industry. Currently serving as an Account Manager at QuadPackaging since July 2016, Terri excels in processing customer orders and collaborating with various departments to meet client expectations. Prior to this role, Terri worked as a Customer Service Representative at Quad/Graphics, acting as a liaison between customers and production teams, and held positions at Rex Three Inc. and Quad/Graphics, demonstrating expertise in account management, project management, and customer relations. Terri's career began in 1997 at Quad Imaging, where significant accomplishments included exceeding customer expectations and enhancing workflows. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has pursued additional training through Dale Carnegie.
