Tony Staniak

As Quad’s Chief Financial Officer, Tony is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, tax, risk, investor relations, and corporate development for Quad. Tony oversees the financial activities of the corporation, determines capital allocation, and directs the preparation of financial reporting as well as forecasts. Tony joined Quad in 2009 as Director of External Reporting. He played a key role in preparing Quad for our launch as a public company on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010, building our Securities and Exchange Commission reporting function and overseeing our internal audit department. He was named Director of Internal Audit in 2011 and Executive Director – Financial Controller in 2013. He added Chief Accounting Officer to his duties in 2014. He was promoted to Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer in 2015 and in March 2017 was named Vice President of Finance overseeing financial planning & analysis and credit & collections, and in July 2020 added investor relations and corporate development. He began his current position in January 2022. Before joining Quad, he was CFO of data consulting firm Sagence, Inc. He began his career in 1995 at accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Tony graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
