Eric Sebellin

Senior Investment Partner at Quadia

Eric has a successful corporate career with Air Liquide which includes 5 years as Managing Director of the company’s venture fund, Alliad, from 2013-2018. In this position, Eric has been responsible for investments of EUR 80m, generating an ROIC of approximately 2,5x and a, partially realized, IRR of 17,5%, including several successful exits, and managed a team of 7 investment professionals in Europe and the US.

Other positions held by Eric with Air Liquide include Corporate Social Responsibility policy redesign, Greenhouse Gases management and leading the European Energy Platform. More recently, Eric was VP Markets and Strategy for Hydrogen Energy. Before Air Liquide, Eric worked with the World Bank.

He holds a Master in Business Administration from the Collège des Ingénieurs, Paris, and Engineering Degree from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. Besides proven expertise in sustainability and energy transition, he has developed affinity with sustainable food and agriculture practices, also central to Regenero’s investment strategy, through personal projects and an association that he founded. Eric has been the independent member, and Chair, of the Investment Committee of Regenero 1, bringing continuity and detailed knowledge of the investment strategy and specific investments made by the Fund.
