Armaan Goyal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Armaan started their career as a Co-Founder of Morph Edutech, a startup focused on organizing technical workshops for college students. Armaan then had an internship as a Software Development Intern at alphaITworld, where they learned advanced Java and developed a web-based application. Armaan also worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, where they were involved in application development and maintenance for clients such as American Express and Boeing. Armaan later transitioned to the role of a Graduate Researcher at the University at Buffalo, where they studied the performance of cellular networks. After that, Armaan joined ServiceNow as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, troubleshooting and improving software applications for high-value customers. Armaan then moved on to Daylight, where they held the position of a Customer Experience Lead, overseeing the resolution of technical issues and ensuring effective communication with clients. Presently, Armaan is working as a Customer Experience Lead at Quadient.

Armaan Goyal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjabi University from 2008 to 2012.
