Frederik Balcaen has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Sales Director for both Benelux and Belux at Quadient since May 2003, and has held roles from Sales Manager to Account Manager within the company. In addition, Frederik is the Chairman of Encore Group VZW, involved in event management for the Hype’O Dream Festival in Waregem since June 2012. Prior to these positions, Frederik was the Business Sales Manager at IQ4 Telecom from 2001 to April 2003.
