Janet Wilding

Janet Wilding is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and culture engagement across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement at Quadient since December 2020, Janet leads regional culture transformation initiatives and proposed culture change processes following significant organizational changes. Previous roles include Senior Change Communications Partner at Quadient and Senior Communications Advisor positions at both the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority and CBC/Radio-Canada, where Janet developed and implemented strategic internal communications plans to manage change initiatives and foster employee engagement. With a background in crisis communications, stakeholder outreach, and community relations, Janet has effectively collaborated with senior executives and led numerous successful communication programs throughout a diverse career. Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School.
