Jon Palermo is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in channel management and managed print services. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Quadient since May 2014, Jon is responsible for managing the Ricoh USA channel and expanding relationships across the United States. Prior to Quadient, Jon held various leadership roles at Xerox from 2013 to May 2014, focusing on managed print services, and spent over a decade at Ricoh Americas Corporation in roles such as District Director and Executive District Sales Manager. Jon began his career as a Sales Manager at New England Copy Specialist from 1991 to 2000.
