Jordan Boukris is an experienced professional in customer success and business management with a strong background in SaaS product commercialization and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Quadient since October 2022, Jordan leads a team of eight customer success managers, focusing on onboarding, client retention, and satisfaction measurement. Prior to this role, Jordan held various leadership positions at Groupe Idemaps, including responsibility for the telephone business unit and large accounts, implementing strategies for client retention and cross-selling. Previous experience includes agency management at Agence Nestenn, presidency at JLAcom, and sales engineering roles at Groupe DFM and L'Oréal S.A., where Jordan developed e-business strategies for international brands.
