Katja Danielsson

Katja Danielsson is a seasoned HR Business Partner with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving at Quadient since January 2024, Katja previously held the same title at Bonnier News from March 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included supporting leaders in an agile context, strategic advice to management, and leading union negotiations. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Entercard, overseeing HR for Digital and Group Customer Operations across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark; and at ICA, where Katja managed HR for departments such as marketing and corporate responsibility. Earlier experience includes HR Consultant roles at ICA Fastigheter, Credit Agricole CIB, and Proffice, along with a sales management position at IBM Ireland.
