Katka Chvátalová

Katka Chvátalová has extensive work experience in HR roles. Katka started their career in 2001 at VCES, a.s., where they served as an HR Generalist before becoming Deputy HR Director and then HR Director. In 2006, they joined Quadient as an HR Manager responsible for the SW R&D centre in Hradec Králové and Olomouc. Katka went on to hold various HR positions at Quadient, including HR Generalist, HR Manager for EMEA, HR Director for EMEA & APAC, VP HR International Operations, and currently holds the role of VP HR ICA.

Katka Chvátalová completed their education from 1997 to 2002 at Prague University of Economics and Business, earning a degree in Economics with a specialization in HR management. Katka also obtained additional certifications such as "Managing Your Well-Being as a Leader" from LinkedIn in 2021, "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in 2018, "Thomas PPA Practitioner" from Thomas International CZ in 2015, and "First Certificate in English" from the University of Cambridge in 2009.
