Loutissa Perry

Loutissa Perry has a long and extensive work experience in finance and operations, primarily in the order to cash domain. Loutissa started their career at Ricoh Business Solutions as a Collections Supervisor in 2007 and worked there until 2011. After that, they joined Quadient in 2011 and held various positions including Supervisor, Manager, and Senior Manager in Collections. In 2014, they became the Director of Accounts Receivable Management at Quadient, where they were responsible for overseeing the management of accounts receivable. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Order to Cash, where they played a key role in transforming three silo teams into a global team and refining operational processes. Currently, Loutissa serves as the Global VP of Order to Cash at Quadient, leading a team of 250 employees and managing $70M in open receivables. Loutissa has successfully implemented global robotic process automation (RPA) and achieved significant cost savings and reduced delinquency receivables.

Loutissa Perry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Phoenix in 2015. It was later revealed that they also hold a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Albertus Magnus College, though the specific dates of study are unknown.
