Roper previously held positions such as Manager of Financial Operations at Partners In Health, where they designed processes to enhance financial data efficiency across global sites, and Financial Administrator at Phillips Brooks House Association, managing all financial matters for various supported organizations. Roper earned an MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout their career, Roper has demonstrated strong project management skills and a commitment to improving community health and education for youth and young adults.
