Mike Hollenbeck

Mike Hollenbeck is an experienced director in service operations, currently serving as the Director of Service at Quadient South since February 2017, overseeing service activities across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Florida markets. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Neopost USA from June 1988 to February 2017, including District Project Team Lead, Director of Field Operations, and Service Director, where responsibilities ranged from project management to improving service contribution margin and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Director on the USS Theodore Roosevelt with the US Navy from September 1985 to September 1988. Mike holds Microsoft Certifications MCSE and MCSA, earned between 2002 and 2003, and completed education at Chamberlain High School from 1982 to 1985.
