Phil Hutchison

Phil Hutchison has extensive work experience in the mail solutions industry. Phil started their career in 1996 as a PGA Golf Professional at Cranleigh Golf And Leisure. In 2000, they transitioned to the sales field, working for Pitney Bowes as a Sales Executive and later as a Sales Manager. Phil then advanced to the role of Regional Sales Director before becoming the Marketing Director in 2010. During their time at Pitney Bowes, they were responsible for developing customer research plans, managing the marketing team, and driving promotional activities. In 2013, they joined Neopost UK as the Operational Marketing Director and later served as the UK Marketing Director and UK Sales Director. In these roles, they played a key role in formulating the organization's vision and strategy, developing integrated marketing plans, and driving effective communication within the marketing team. Since 2019, they have been associated with Quadient, initially as the VP & Managing Director for Mail Related Solutions UK | IRE and currently as the SVP & Managing Director for Mail Related Solutions UK | IRE | DACHIT. In this capacity, they have been responsible for driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives while aligning the organization with market trends and customer needs.
