Sue Pierce

Sue Pierce has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Sue is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Quadient, where they are responsible for developing talent strategy and providing support and advice to various departments. Prior to this, they worked at Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Sr. Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning, where they led and designed national programs and processes for field HR. Sue also served as a Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing the HR function for the Northeast region. Before that, they worked at Comcast as a Human Resources Consultant, specializing in supporting call centers and implementing HR initiatives. Sue also has experience at EMC as a Human Resources Supervisor, providing strategic consultation on various HR functions. Sue started their career at IKON Office Solutions as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided HR leadership and support to the senior management team. Lastly, they worked at CVS Caremark Corporation as a Trainer, specializing in delivering impactful training initiatives to management personnel.

Sue Pierce has a Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Bryant University. Sue also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Worcester State University.
