Thomas Gruel possesses extensive experience in customer relationship management and business intelligence, currently serving as CRM-Manager and Manager of Business Intelligence & Sales Controlling at Quadient since September 2019. Prior to Quadient, Thomas held various roles at Pitney Bowes, including SMB Business Support & Governance Specialist for the Germany, Switzerland, and Italy regions from May 2017 to March 2019, and also served as a Salesforce-Spezialist and Kundenbetreuer from October 2011 to March 2017.
