Yvan AGNES is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process design and management. Currently serving as VP Global Business Process Design at Quadient since June 2006, Yvan leads a team of experts focused on transforming business practices through technology and process optimization. Prior roles at Quadient include Director of E-Business and Inside Sales Customer Service, overseeing a substantial Business Unit, while earlier positions at HP and Unilever involved roles in business intelligence and research.
