Melissa Schmidt

Melissa Schmidt is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting and human resources management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at QuadMed since October 2014, Melissa leads a team focused on strategic sourcing and end-to-end recruiting support, collaborating with executive leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies for health centers. Prior experience at Aurora Health Care included roles such as Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Melissa designed integrated recruitment strategies, and Employment Supervisor, overseeing recruitment model development. Melissa began their career at ManpowerGroup as a Staffing Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
