Ronald previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Quadrabyte, LLC, leading the organization in providing data, analytics, and blockchain solutions. Ronald also worked at Copado as the Global Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics, responsible for procurement and successful implementation of software and platforms. Ronald worked at Appirio as the Chief Enterprise Architect and Global Practice Lead, where they maintained a Salesforce instance, integrated data for analytics, and led the development of various projects. Ronald served as the CEO of Icarus Connect, a B2B platform providing analytics and API distribution for connected home devices. Additionally, they have experience as a Data Solutions Architect at Exigo Office, Solutions Architect at Centene Corporation, Director of I.T. & Chief Architect at eTrak, and Founding Member at Solavei. Ronald started their career as a Software Engineer at SoftLayer Technologies, Inc.

Ronald Steelman has a diverse education history. Ronald began their academic journey at Talihina High School, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diploma (H.S.D) from 2002 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Oklahoma City Community College from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associates degree in Computer Science. Ronald then proceeded to the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a BA/MS in Computer Science. During their time at the University of Oklahoma, they also obtained a PMP Certification in Project Management from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2013.
