Neha Arora has been working in the recruitment industry for almost two decades, gaining experience in various sectors such as E-commerce, IT, ITES, Consulting, BFSI, Telecom, and Manufacturing. Neha has handled end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions for top MNC clients and key accounts. Neha is currently a Manager - Search at Quadrangle, where Neha oversees recruitment mandates and deliveries. Prior to that, Neha worked as a Consultant - Client Relations and Delivery at Ma Foi Randstad, managing recruitment for the BFSI vertical. In their earlier role as a Consultant at Omam Consultants Pvt Ltd, Neha independently handled the Insurance vertical and worked with top MNC clients. Neha holds a degree from Gujarat University and has completed a program at Symbiosis center for distance learning.
