Ritika Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ritika started their career as a Management Trainee at Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Limited in 2009. From there, they moved on to ARC Advisory Group in 2011, where they served as an Analyst and Consultant, specializing in automation solutions for various industries. In 2014, they joined IMC Limited as a Senior Business Analyst. Most recently, Ritika worked at Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, initially as a Client Relationship Manager starting in 2016, and later transitioning to the role of Sales Director in May 2018.

Ritika Agrawal pursued their higher education with a focus on finance and IT. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the Apeejay Institute of Technology-School of Management & Computer Science, where they completed a PGDM degree in Finance & IT. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Engineering College Koni, Bialspur from 2003 to 2007. Beginning their educational journey, Ritika completed their high school education at Burgess E.M.H.S.School, specializing in Mathematics, during the period of 2001 to 2003.
