Mike Sparkman

Mike Sparkman is a Maintenance Manager currently at Quadrant Performance Materials in McKinney, Texas. They previously served as Maintenance Manager at Hilex Poly from 2003 to 2011, where they led all aspects of plant machine maintenance programs and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Mike held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Western Extrusions from 2013 to 2018, overseeing daily maintenance operations and implementing maintenance strategies. They also managed maintenance and facilities at Vertrauen Chemie Solutions from 2018 to 2023. Mike is a graduate of Paschal High School.
