Siva Kanuru

Siva Kanuru currently serves as the Program Head for IT Talent Acquisition & Client Partnership at Quadrant Technologies since March 2024. Prior to this role, Siva was with Cohesive Technologies LLC where positions held included Manager and Lead of Talent Acquisition & Client Delivery, focusing on recruitment processes, client coordination, and team management from May 2016 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr Recruiter at SoftHQ from March 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end recruitment cycle and client needs assessment. Siva holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University.
