Lars Bach

Lars Bach is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Quadsat since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lars has held multiple leadership positions at Universal Robots since July 2017, including Senior Director of R&D Cobot and Director of Hardware. Lars also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Odense Robotics and previously held the position of Chairman of the Board at KOLCON Steel from February 2016 to March 2018. Lars began their career at Schneider Electric, where roles included Design & Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer. Lars holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark, obtained in 2005.
