In 1998 a group of like-minded entrepreneurs combined their talents and energies to create a platform to help others start, grow and reap the rewards from building successful companies.

From the beginning, the team that became QuadTwo Capital Partners has taken an active role in helping our principal partners to structure, position and manage their entities to achieve exceptional returns for shareholders. This approach of active management is key to our success as it provides an environment where each portfolio company benefits from the collective wisdom of this highly successful, proven team of leaders.

Our passion for building and growing great companies is bolstered by the life-changing successes enjoyed by the management teams we have partnered with. At the core of our mission, we believe in creating long-lasting, trusting partnerships with each management team, where we have a shared vision to maximize shareholder and stakeholder value. These objectives, however, will not come at the expense of integrity, honesty and good reputation.
