Tracy Matson

Tracy Matson has a diverse range of work experience. Tracy started their career in 1991 as the President/Account Executive at Matson Insurance Agency, where they served until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Executive Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. In 2021, they founded their own company, Matson Solutions Insurance/Consulting, and served as the CEO/Founder until 2023. Tracy also had a role as a Patient Advisor for the Gastrointestinal Drug Advisory Committee at FDA starting in 2011. Currently, they are working at QualChoice Health Insurance as a Sales Director, a position they have held since 2022.

Tracy Matson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate/Insurance from Arkansas State University, having attended from 1988 to 1993.
