Akash Hegde

Akash Hegde is a Senior Software Performance Engineer at Qualcomm, where they focus on advancements in 5G technology. Previously, they served in various engineering roles, including internships at Intel Corporation and Apple, where they developed machine learning utilities and infrastructure for data analysis. Akash has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to deep learning projects. They hold a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and are pursuing minors in Computer Science and Engineering at PES University, where they also completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
