Alex Rogers

Alex Rogers is the President of Qualcomm Technology Licensing and Global Affairs and has been with Qualcomm since 2001. Prior to this role, Alex served as Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel at Qualcomm. From 1987 to 2001, Alex was a partner at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. Alex holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Georgetown University, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center.
