Amos Freund

Amos Freund is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm since 2025. They bring extensive experience in the semiconductors industry, having previously served as Vice President of Research and Development at Autotalks from 2013 to 2025 and as a VLSI Team Leader at PMC-Sierra from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, Amos worked as a VLSI Engineer at Freescale Semiconductors from 2001 to 2005, managing multiple engineering disciplines such as VLSI, Embedded Software, Wireless Communication, Security, and System Architecture.
