Angela's expertise includes developing and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies aligned with company-wide targets. Prior to Qualcomm, Angela held several key roles at the US Department of State and US Department of Labor, focusing on innovation, digital literacy, and community outreach. Angela's career began in political scheduling and campaign management, supporting high-profile figures such as Hillary Clinton and Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and French from Central Michigan University.
