Anju John

Anju John is a seasoned talent acquisition and HR professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment and talent management functions. Currently serving as a Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist at Qualcomm since June 2021, Anju oversees the recruitment cycle and develops sourcing strategies. Prior experience at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2006 to February 2019 includes roles such as Senior HR Manager-Talent Acquisition and Delivery Centre Head HR Business Partner, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and talent management for large workforces. Anju holds an M.B.A in HR and IT from Amity University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
