Bing Leng is an experienced engineer with a strong background in telecommunications, particularly in CDMA and IMS technologies. Since September 2009, Bing Leng has held various positions at Qualcomm, advancing from Staff Engineer to Principal/Manager, focusing on VoNR, VoLTE, and customer support for CDMA, as well as overseeing the commercialization of IMS solutions globally. Prior to Qualcomm, Bing Leng worked at Lucent Technologies as a system tester for CDMA MSC/BSC and EVDO BSC, and at Realsil Microelectronics as a system engineer for card reader driver development. Bing Leng holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Systems from Southeast University.
