Cuong Pham

Cuong Pham is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Posts & Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and serves as a Research Scientist at Qualcomm AI Research. Previously, they were a Lecturer and Head of the Computer Science Department at PTIT from 2012 to 2022 and held roles as a Researcher at Open Lab, Newcastle University, and a Marie Curie Research Fellow at Philips Research in 2012. Cuong earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from New Mexico State University and Vietnam National University Hanoi, respectively. Currently, they hold positions as Dean of the Artificial Intelligence faculty and Director of PTIT.AI Lab. and Vice Dean of the Information Technology faculty, among other roles.
