Dan Jia

Dan Jia is a Senior Deep Learning Engineer at Qualcomm, specializing in computer vision, natural language processing, and MLOps. Currently in the final phase of their PhD studies at RWTH Aachen University, Dan has focused on designing advanced neural networks for object detection and segmentation using LiDAR sensors. Previously, they contributed to various projects including developing deep neural networks for automotive perception at Magna Electronics Limited and leading research initiatives at universities such as ETH Zürich and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dan's work has garnered recognition, including awards from NVIDIA and accolades for innovative designs in robotics.
