Danielle Olivotto is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and marketing law. Currently serving as Senior Director, Legal Counsel at Qualcomm since April 2013, Danielle leads a legal team that supports the global marketing organization by structuring and negotiating various marketing deals while ensuring compliance with advertising laws and IP protection. Previous roles at Qualcomm include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed managing international trademark portfolios and providing proactive legal guidance. Before joining Qualcomm, Danielle practiced as an Intellectual Property Associate at Jones Day, representing clients in complex litigation matters and participating in all pre-trial stages. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting, and French from UCLA.
