David Belz

David Belz currently serves as a Principal at Qualcomm since January 2019 and co-founded Scoop Systems in January 2015. Prior experience includes serving as VP of the Enterprise Business Unit at Marvell Semiconductor from February 2012 to October 2014, and as VP of Research, Development and Customer Support at Lucid Logix from March 2008 to February 2012. David held the position of Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems from March 1997 to February 2008 and was an Engineering Manager at RADWAY from 1992 to 1997. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Development Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) from 1987 to 1992. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
