David Li is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, specializing in low-power, high-performance embedded memory IPs and CPU cache design across various technology nodes. With over six years of industrial design experience in embedded SRAM and a robust background in IC design, David has contributed to significant performance, power, and area tradeoff analyses. David earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where research focused on error-resilient circuit design, particularly in metastability and low-power digital circuits. Prior to Qualcomm, David held positions at Unitron Hearing Limited and the Independent Electricity System Operator, gaining diverse technical experience.
