Declan Sharkey

Declan Sharkey is the VP of Finance at Qualcomm. Declan has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Declan began their career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Dublin, Ireland. Declan then moved to Israel and became the controller for Applied Materials. In 2003, they were transferred to China and became the controller for HP in 2006. In 2007, they joined Atheros Communications as the corporate controller and was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and global accounting. In 2010, they joined Qualcomm as the VP of finance.

Declan Sharkey is a Chartered Accountant who specializes in accountancy. Declan received their education from the Institue of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
