Dileep Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with over 19 years of experience in applications engineering and product management, currently serving as Principal/Mgr of SOC Applications Engineering at Qualcomm since May 2017. Dileep leads hardware application engineering deliverables across multiple projects, providing expert technical consultation on integrating Qualcomm SOCs. Prior to this role, Dileep was a Sr. Staff Manager in PMIC applications engineering, successfully overseeing the commercialization of PMICs in consumer electronics. Earlier experiences include engineering management and product applications roles at Analog Devices and Qualcomm, as well as design engineering positions at Kyocera Wireless and LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, demonstrating a strong background in hardware design, team leadership, and customer engagement. Notable achievements include architecting the "BLIP2" platform, which facilitated rapid commercialization for clients.
