Falan Yinug

Falan Yinug is the Director of Government Affairs at Qualcomm, a position held since 2021. Previously, Falan served in various roles, including Director of Industry Statistics and Economic Policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association and Director for ASEAN and Pacific Island Affairs at the Office of the United States Trade Representative. Falan's early career included positions as a Peace Corps Volunteer and a Budget Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget. Falan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Carleton College.
