Frank Lu

Frank Lu is a seasoned Technical Account Manager at Qualcomm, with over a decade of experience since April 2011, focusing on supporting licensees in handset designs using QCT chipset solutions, including CDMA2000 and UMTS technologies. Prior to Qualcomm, Frank held the position of Senior FAE/TAM at Analog Devices/Mediatek, where expertise in GSM/GPRS and TD-SCDMA chipsets was developed, fostering strong relationships with OEMs in China. Earlier roles include Hardware Manager at AnyDATA, managing CDMA wireless module development and customer support, and Senior Hardware Engineer at Huawei, concentrating on GSM BTS hardware design. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
