Hai Hoang has a diverse background in engineering and project management with experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hai Hoang later served as a Research Assistant and Adjunct Lecturer at Florida State University, focusing on communication theory and signal processing. Hai Hoang transitioned to the industry, taking on roles such as Project Manager at Viettel Research and Development Institute and progressing to Senior R&D Manager at Viettel Group. Following a tenure as Director of R&D Strategic Partnerships at Vingroup JSC, Hai Hoang currently works as a Product/Technology Marketing Manager at Qualcomm since March 2020. Hai Hoang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Vietnam National University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.
