Hao Shen

Hao Shen is a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, specializing in digital ASIC design. Previously, Hao worked as a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, focusing on the digital design of 5G baseband modems, and served as a Senior Design Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, where they were responsible for the design and verification of LDPC decoders and DSP modules for high-volume HDD and SSD controllers. Hao began their academic journey at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, and later obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, where they also contributed as a Research Assistant on advanced decoder architectures.
