Ian Xu is currently the Vice President of System and Software Engineering at Qualcomm, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Chief Technology Officer at Nanshe Technology from 2023 to 2025 and held various leadership roles, including Vice President of China Engineering at Johnson Controls and Vice President of Computing Platform and OS at Li Auto.
