Jeff Henderson

Jeff Henderson is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and Board Member at BD since August 2018, as well as Chairman of the Board at Halozyme, Inc., and Board Member at Qualcomm, Jeff has held significant leadership roles across various organizations. Prior experience includes President of JWH Consulting, LLC, and CFO at Cardinal Health, where operational responsibilities encompassed Canada and China businesses. Jeff earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
