John Cassidy

John Cassidy has extensive experience in the field of verification and hardware design, beginning with an engineering internship at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 1982. Over the years, Cassidy has held significant positions at IBM, where work focused on PowerPC CPU Verification and S/390 System Testing from 1984 to 2000. Following a sabbatical, Cassidy continued expertise in ASIC verification at Zaiq Technologies and Cadence Design Systems until 2005, leading to a long tenure at Qualcomm. At Qualcomm, Cassidy has been involved in various verification roles, including QDSP6, RISC-V CPU, and ARM CPU Verification.
