John Higgins

John Higgins is a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, where they focus on Silicon Validation and System Level Testing. Since joining Qualcomm in 2014, they have played a crucial role in developing and integrating manufacturing test content and processes. Prior to this, Higgins held various engineering positions at IBM from 1999 to 2014, where they contributed to POWER processor quality and validation efforts. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Known for their results-oriented and innovative approach, Higgins excels at tackling complex problems and fostering collaboration across teams.
